**_The Role:_**

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented **Digital Marketing Specialist** to join our team. Reporting to the General Manager - Marketing & Growth, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimising our paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, and SEO activities. Additionally, you will play a key role in website conversion rate optimisation and other digital revenue-driving initiatives.

**_Key Responsibilities Include:_**
- Implement and maintain the paid search activity in accordance with industry best practices.
- Assist in driving and developing long-term strategies to continue strong performance results.
- Create and implement a continued conversion rate optimisation testing plan across the website.
- Collaborate and work closely with the website developers and external conversion rate optimisation providers.
- Maintain and oversee digital reporting tools such as Google Analytics
- Analyse and report on-site website performance to the business.
- Build insights and strategies to continue digital growth

**_About You:_**
- A strong grasp of Google ads, SA360 and the full Google Marketing platform
- Confidence in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools
- Experience with Google Optimise or other website CRO platforms
- Solid experience across Meta advertising
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
