BTP has an exciting opportunity for an energizing and confident Training Coordinator to join the HSE and HR Team in our Hazelmere Head Office.

Reporting directly to the HR and HSE Manager you will also have close contact with the BTP’s Operational Team to bring your strong communication and team working skills. This role also requires being a valued and contributing member of the wider BTP team.

As the Training Coordinator you will be responsible to coordinate and oversee the training requirements of the division. Work with various departments to identify training needs, develop training materials, and ensure that all employees receive the necessary training to perform their jobs effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Adhere, promote, and contribute to a positive Health, Safety & Wellbeing Culture.
- Lead, develop, review, and implement division’s Training Framework.
- Conduct training record audits plus oversee and be the SME on the training system.
- Collaborate with leaders, review training matrix, identify and design needs for training program to ensure that training needs are met.
- Administer and track employee training records.
- Oversee and coordinate BTP’s induction program including implementing improvements
- Assist with the development of e-learning materials, online training modules, and other digital training resources.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, securing trainers and training locations.
- Develop assessments, documentation training related reports and notifications with business SMEs.
- Promote key training and compliance initiatives, plus monitor and evaluate the effectiveness.
- Comply with legal requirements, including health and safety regulations and adhere to Perenti Principles.

**Key Skills**
- 2 years of experience as a Training Coordinator or similar position.
- Cert IV in Training and Assessing.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, desirable
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional discretion, communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Microsoft Office and training software/systems (MYOSH or INC preferred)
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) preferred.
- Ability to adapt, multiple tasks and take initiative.
- Proactive, highly motivated with a collaborative team-orientated mindset.
- Effective time management and good decision-making abilities.
