We are seeing an Injury Management Specialist for our Brisbane office.

**You'll be responsible for**
- Collaborating with claims operations and treatment providers to develop strategies for reducing the human and financial costs to Allianz through structured injury management practices
- Establishing and maintaining provider management strategies and relationships to enable support to the business
- Ensure timely management of all medical & like requests and approvals to APA standards.
- Ensure high level customer service to all stakeholders involved in the medical & like processes including worker, worksafe, medical advisors & employers.
- Coaching and mentoring claims teams

**About you**
- Extensive experience in injury management relating to occupational rehabilitation, claims management and/or return to work
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or industry accreditations
- Understanding of relevant regulatory and/or legislative compliance requirements that impact the organisation
- Coaching and mentoring experience
- Demonstrated ability to use clinical reasoning for decision making
