**Your new role**
Reporting to the director, the role is responsible for the daily coordination of activities related to the development and execution of the operational marketing program for the portfolio in Australia and New Zealand.
- Build, manage, communicate, lead and execute the annual brand plans (marketing calendar, grids, templates) in line with regional and global calendars.
- Responsible for managing the local sku catalogue (assortment, codes, RRP's) - saleable and non-saleable - by brand, providing order forms by retailer, managing new additions/discontinued timely in line with global direction.
- Responsible for protecting and driving the brand image and managing the brands, 360 launch and animation calendars aiming at growing all channels, proactively anticipating gaps in the plan and ensuring efficiency of ATL and BTL actions at market level, with monthly reports locally and globally to track performance.
- Lead and influence key internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the successful implementation of agreed plans and initiatives.
- create and review weekly sell-in and sell-out reports for analysis and monitoring of brand performance to maximise selling opportunities.
- Monitor competitor assortments, creating trend reports and providing competitive analysis and research.
- Support annual sku forecasting of NPD and non-saleable items in collaboration with the director - performance benchmarking with past launches and other key market trends.
- Closely working with the PR agency to implement different activations
- Lead co-op media planning with retail partners, adapting brand media strategies to fit regional market realities, working with retail and media agency and ensuring alignment with global.
- Supporting pricing through pricing analysis and recommendation for assigned brands.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in brand management, category management or similar level marketing role (3 years minimum).
- Luxury/FMCG background highly regarded.
- Experience working within a relevant channel of distribution.
- Marketing degree or Business Administration.
