**Your new role**

This exciting opportunity as Boutique Manager involves business planning, achieving sales targets, financial management, inventory control, customer care and people management and more importantly, driving your team and the brand to continued success.
- Ensuring a harmonious workplace with positive interactions
- Oversee the operations of the sales and customer service teams
- Dealing with elevated customers
- Recruiting a strong team for the store in conjunction with HR, Retail Manager and Brand Manager.
- Support sales staff and lead by example

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum 5 years retail experience in high-range/premium sector preferred
- Excellent communicator
- Highly developed and proven Customer Service Skills
- Proven staff management experience
