**Your new role**
- Actively partner with Shopper Activations, agencies, marketing and sales delivering innovative market activity aligned to brand campaigns.
- Ensure all print and merchandise requirements are managed to budget produced in optimal quantities.
- In conjunction with print and suppliers, optimise the production efficiencies across projects and the activation team.
- Coordinate of print and merchandise requirements and production schedules for all activations.
- Drive continuous improvements processes around procurement practices, freight optimisation and inventory management and tools to support efficient process.
- Ensure accurate and timely administration of warehouse codes, update on line catalogue and accurate processing of invoices.
- Timely inventory management optimising assets and removing redundant stock.
- Keeping to safety hazards at all time.
- Supporting the marketing and customer marketing team in developing capability around efficient sourcing practices.
