**Your new role**

As the
**Training Consultant** you will be an integral part of the Agentbox training team. Providing outstanding training and customer experience with clients, internal teams and stakeholders, as well as our software partners. As a Training Consultant you will be required to identify, promote and provide expertise, guidance, and training on the core functionality of the product in line with clients’ business and/or user requirements. Key deliverables are to increase engagement and proficiency in system usage whilst adhering to industry best practices and guidelines.

**Each day you will be**
- Delivering exceptional client and internal coaching, training, and direction to meet session and program outcomes
- Identifying and utilising effective training/coaching skills and techniques to assist with learner engagement and retention
- Collecting and managing feedback on the success of training delivery using relevant measures and tools
- Managing all administration associated with the delivery of internal and external training programs, webinars, workshops, and partner training. This includes Desk, CRM, Invoicing and Training Environments.
- Designing, developing and delivering training materials to support product and process updates.
- Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns with effective collateral

**You will be successful if you have**
- A minimum 3 years in the Australian Real Estate industry ideally in sales, administration, training or operations
- Exposure to and a detailed understanding of Real Estate specific CRM platforms (in-depth experience with Agentbox or Reapit software highly regarded)
- A minimum of 3 years in a client facing role with demonstratable outstanding client service skills
- A background as a motivated self-starter who embraces technology and innovation
- Proven ability to understand and resolve problems through active listening, effective elicitation of information and refined problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable with presenting internally and externally on client sites

**You do not need direct training experience, however, this will be looked upon favourably.**
