**About the Role**

The Branch Training Consultant will be responsible for facilitating and delivering induction and continuous training to the new and existing staff within our Branch Network.

Reporting into the Manager of Retail Operations, you will act as a conduit between our Learning and Organisational Team on course design and material and our Retail Branch Network.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Deliver classroom and virtual based training in a structured, consistent and thorough manner.
- Liaise with the Branch Networks Regional Managers to understand emerging areas of learning and development.
- Prepare and maintain training material collateral.

**About You**
- Able to adapt training methods to individual needs.
- Strong knowledge of HCF’s frontline teams.
- Sound understanding of HCF’s business practices and systems.
- Able to identify different learning styles, assess trainee learning and manage participant behaviour.
- Excellent time management skills and a very high level of self-management.
- Strong attention to detail.
