**About the Role**

In this role you will be responsible for consulting, leading and managing the entire change and training strategy from end-to-end for a large WorkDay implementation.

Duties include:

- Developing business impact assessments and leading business impact assessment workshops
- Defining organisational change plans
- Defining change strategy
- Assessing training need and building training plans
- Working with offshore teams and clients to build-end user training materials
- Delivering Train-the-Trainer and end user training
- Assessing training effectiveness
- Defining adoption plans
- Defining and providing adoption metrics, tracking and reporting

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 + years experience in Change and Training consulting
- Experience working on at least one large WorkDay implementation from end-to-end
- Proven experience across all of the listed duties/responsibilities above is essential

**Terms**
- 12 month initial contract with the intention to extend for an additional 12 months
- Can be based in Sydney, Brisbane or Canberra
- Flexible working arrangements - Option to work remotely or hybrid
- Some travel may be required during critical points in the project delivery
- Start asap (able to wait up to 4 weeks for the right person to give notice to their employer)
- Paying up to $1400 per day inclusive of super (commensurate with skills and experience)
