**About the role**:

- Warmly welcome customers and visitors, ensuring a premium experience from the moment they arrive
- Manage inbound calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate department
- Support both Sales and Service teams with administrative and customer service tasks
- Maintain the presentation of the showroom reception area to reflect the BMW brand
- Provide general support to dealership operations as required

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a reception or customer service role (automotive experience an advantage but not essential)
- Immaculate presentation and professional communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
