**Melbourne Radiology Clinic** is a busy independent Radiology clinic based in East Melbourne. This is an ideal opportunity for a Medical Receptionist that is passionate about providing excellent patient care.

**About the role**

You will be the front-line of a leading independent radiology clinic. As part of our team, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the practice and ensuring that all patients are provided with the highest level of customer service.

**Key responsibilities**
- Friendly customer service and professional phone manner handling all enquiries and bookings
- Schedule patient appointments
- Ensuring accurate data entry
- Liaising with patients, providers, hospital staff and referrers
- Manage patient invoicing and receipting
- Ending of day reconciliation and banking
- Coordinate and carry out all office administration including reception, mail, couriers, greeting clients, opening and closing of our clinic

- A minimum of 1 year receptionist experience
- Well polished excellent customer service skills, including a polite telephone manner.
- Professional etiquette

- Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Windows including Outlook

**Salary**: $25.33 - $38.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

**Experience**:
