**About the Company**:
Talent Focus Recruitment are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our client an internationally respected flooring solutions provider working across a range of large-scale commercial projects ranging from Education, Travel, Gaming Facilities and Medical uses.

**About the Role**:
This role will have you overseeing projects incorporating some of the latest technology in commercial interiors with sites spanning across Melbourne. Your role consists of liaising with key stakeholders regarding timelines, budgets and labour/material requirements needed throughout the projects course and to successfully see the project to its completion, ensuring WHS and Quality is maintained throughout employee safety and building regulations.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous Foreman experience across relevant mid-tier projects particularly within complex and regulated capacities is highly regarded
- Effective communication skills to all levels of Stakeholders and relevant parties
- Organised with the ability to multi-task across different projects at the same time
- Well versed regarding compliance, permits and all safety requirements specific to each site
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Organise across multiple different skill sets of tradesmen and management to ensure deadlines are met and labour is utilised effectively
- Must be willing to learn and understand the product.
- Strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest and high level of integrity
