**Description**
A highly successful Tier 3 civil contractor specialising in complex civil construction projects across Wetland, Stormwater, Roads, Bridges, Bulk Earthworks, Dam Upgrades are looking to appoint a well adverse Foreman to head up their site team on various project across metro Melbourne and regional.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a construction foreman or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction.
- In-depth knowledge of civil construction techniques, procedures, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate construction crews.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other safety standards.

**The Business**
You will join a team known for delivering complex civil and water infrastructure-related projects in the local market as well as projects interstate. They are busy delivering wetlands projects, sub-ground structures and water pipelines as well as a broad range of civil and earthworks jobs.
