A great opportunity for a Site Foreman to work for a commercial and luxury apartment builder.
Your new company

My client is a well-established Commercial & Apartments builder based in the inner suburbs of Melbourne whose reputation of delivering a mixture of luxury and large scale Apartments is known throughout the Tier 2/3 Sector. Due to a long list of future projects in the pipeline, they are looking for a Site Foremen to join their growing team to work on up and coming projects valued between $10-$50M.

Your new role

In your new role you will be required to:

- Effectively implement and manage OH+S procedures on-site.
- Attend all program meetings and help with the delivery of projects within the construction time frame.
- You will effectively report and work alongside the Site Manager to ensure a smooth project delivery.
- You will co-ordinate sub-contractors suitably to ensure that key milestones within the project are hit.

What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in delivering Apartment/Residential projects as a Site Foreman in Australia.
- A tertiary degree or trade qualification relevant to construction.
- The ambition to commit and progress long term with this extremely successful company.
- A team player mentality.
- Experience on Apartment projects to the value of $20M.
- Strong time management, organisation and communication skills.
- A strong attention to detail.
