EARL is a premium Melbourne-based, quick-service cafe group, established in 2010 with an enviable reputation for quality and the very best service.

We have a newly created position for a Catering Administration Assistant to join our Head Office team based in Cremorne, 3121.

This role is a part-time position and the first point of contact for catering orders and online inquiries as well as being an asset to our store network and kitchen team. You'll work alongside our catering coordinator and assist in processing daily catering and store orders, checking off deliveries, and coordinating stock for our store network.

Our new catering team member will
- Have some previous hospitality/events or customer service experience
- Enjoy a dynamic working environment - Office based but with a busy commercial kitchen on site
- Be organised, methodical, and good at prioritising demands
- Be food-savvy, and have an understanding of dietary requirements
- Be focussed on building lasting client relationships
- Show initiative and be proactive in finding solutions - Customer focussed
- Be computer-savvy (experience with Mac preferred)

We use “FoodStorm” and “Cooking the Books” software, previous experience with these programs would be amazing, however, full training will be provided for the right person.
