**Transport Co-ordinator/Despatch Administrator** who will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient transportation of goods, products, and materials from one location to another. You will be reporting and maintaining close communication with the Transport Despatch Manager

**About The Role**:
**Monday to Friday: 4/5am - 12/1pm**

**Salary - $65,000 - $70,000 + super**

**Location - Richland, Brisbane**

**Start date - As soon as possible**
- Work with Night / Day Loading Teams to ensure successful despatch of the morning’s deliveries as planned with a focus on DIFOT.
- Co-ordinate with loaders & transport any changes including multiple runs.
- Communicate directly with end customers onsite

Maintaining and updating transportation records, including delivery schedules, carrier information, and shipment tracking information.
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints, resolving delivery issues, and ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Negotiating rates with carriers, managing transportation contracts, and developing relationships with carriers and other industry professionals.
- Coordinating with suppliers, customers, and carriers to ensure that all delivery requirements are met, and shipments are delivered on time and in good condition.
- Handle incoming booking and transport change requests from customers and CS/Sales teams.
- Support transport team regarding delivery / customer issues
- Despatch Administration duties in Pronto ERP & Transport Scheduling Applications.

Working with Loading supervisors and the transport manager to provide high levels of customer service
- High level of accuracy & professionalism in a high pressure role.
- Reliable attendance must be demonstrated
- Understanding of NHVR and Chain of Responsibility.
- Staying current with industry trends and regulations, including safety regulations, compliance requirements, and emerging technologies.
