**The opportunity at OneStop**

Working within the Customer team at OneStop as Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for managing and owning the commercial pipeline and relationship for OneStop in terms of exploring new revenue opportunities with new or existing clients, bringing new products to market, enhancing product usage, and contributing to the wider Customer team’s engagement such as experience, improvements and implementation.

**Working in the team your key responsibilities will include**:

- Overall responsibility for the commercial directions of all new and existing OneStop products
- Regular contact with new or existing customers to develop a full understanding of each customers operations and quantifying OneStop’s product value.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Formal commercial management processes and planning with a focus on growing OneStop revenue from expansion of use of existing products and any new products developed.
- Create and manage a healthy pipeline of new and existing opportunities for any new OneStop products that these customers could utilise.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Responsibility for new business development, negotiations, and commercial contracts in line with proposed budgeted growth.
- Responsible for the development and execution of the business’ commercialisation strategies (short and long term) to achieve the business growth objectives.
- In conjunction with the wider customer team own the sales process from lead to closed sale.
- Exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Monitor and evaluate emerging business opportunities with a view to positioning OneStop’s sales resource and technical capability accordingly.
- Strategies and plans for protecting and driving year on year revenue growth across all product lines and geographies whilst championing the customer experience.
- Facilitate internal and external communication and collaboration to support the organisation’s overall strategy and objectives.
- Carry out sales administration tasks such as monitoring the pipeline management, sales related reporting, and maintaining the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Be an active and responsible member of the Customer team accepting mutual accountability for its objectives and outputs.

**What will you bring to the role?**
- 2-5+ years direct customer experience
- Ability to use a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Ability to self-motivate, plan, organize and prioritise activities based on outcomes required.
- Ability to identify, analyses and solve business and operational problems
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills
- Business and commercial acumen
- Ability to work effectively in a team

**Nice to have, but not essential**:

- Experience working in the freight and logistics industry or in an IT company.

OneStop’s office is currently based in Redfern, but we are moving to a fantastic new Sydney CBD office within the next 6 months

Please note that while OneStop offers a highly flexible working environment, our employees MUST be based in Sydney or live within a reasonable commuting distance of our Sydney office.
