Hairhouse has an opportunity for a Social Media Content Creator to join the Marketing Team within our Support Centre based in Doncaster. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Executive and working alongside the current Social Media Content Creator, the role will be responsible for creating engaging and on trend content for Hairhouse and its brands across all social media channels with the aim of improving brand awareness, growing followers and enhancing customer acquisition, engagement and retention.

**The main responsibilities include**:

- Create fun and engaging content across all social media platforms (FB, IG, TikTok, LinkdIn) with an always on approach
- Actively promote products, services (salon and piercing) and the Hairhouse brand and private labels
- Create and publish relevant, original, high-quality content
- Deliver the voice and image of the brand (in line with brand guidelines), through posts, replies and content
- Create engaging and topical content for both Hairhouse and Franchisee store accounts
- Work with Marketing, Creative, and digital teams to integrate social media into marketing plans
- Work to a minimum 4 weeks in advance with all content creation and scheduling
- Monitor metrics for timely and ongoing content optimisation and adjust content strategy as needed
- Research consumer behaviour and trends to ensure content is relevant and engaging to capture new customers we well as retaining existing ones
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing (or similar)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- 1-2 Years experience filming social content
- Professional working knowledge of digital media, web content, storyboarding and shoot production
- Solid understanding of digital platforms and social media (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management
