**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with organisational objectives and target audiences.
- Create engaging content, including videos, graphics, and narratives, for various social media platforms.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of relevant content.
- Monitor and moderate social media channels, responding to comments and inquiries with professionalism and expertise.
- Analyse social media insights to inform future content and campaign decisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support community engagement and enhance our reputation.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures, as well as relevant legislation.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Tertiary qualification in communication, public relations, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing successful social media campaigns.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and social media analytics.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Important Information**:

- Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or valid work permit required.
- Security checks, including police records and Working with Children Check, may be required.
- Flexibility to travel within Metropolitan Melbourne and Regional Victoria as needed.
