**About the Role**
Working as part of a vibrant and dynamic finance function, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Daily accounts reconciliations
- Issue invoices
- Allocate and receipt payments
- Take payments over the phone
- Follow up overdue accounts
- Process credit notes and refunds
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Other administration and ad hoc duties to support the team

- Prior experience in an accounts environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong relationship building skills
- High level time management skills and a keen eye for detail
- A reliable, friendly, can-do attitude

**About the Organisation**
This business is a successful manufacturing company based in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. As a national organisation, our client has experienced consistent growth over a period of time and have an exciting newly created position within their finance and accounts receivable division. The business offer a supportive working environment, and are presently seeking a motivated individual to join the business for an initial six month contractual period (with possibility to extend).
