Our clientele is a varied range from sole traders through to large established companies. We are delighted to welcome aboard a bright, hard-working individual who is dedicated to helping meet the needs of the business. The position available is for a full-time receptionist/office administrator working Monday to Friday 9:00 AM till 5:30PM.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience using ATO and ASIC Portal
- Experience using MYOB Accountants Office
- A professional, personable and supportive character with a positive attitude
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Show initiative, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Experience in time management and prioritising multiple tasks
- Self-discipline and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- High degree of computer literacy
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft packages (mainly Word and Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- High level of attention to detail
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplementary Pay:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Coburg, VIC 3058: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Office administration: 1 year (preferred)
