**Key Responsibilities**:

- Taking ownership of customer care-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience and drive business growth.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and resolve any client concerns.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Exceptional relationship-building abilities and a genuine passion for helping clients succeed.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute positively to company culture.
- Previous experience in account management or a similar role is highly desirable.
- This role is required to be on-site in our Melbourne office.
- Disciplined with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
