Our client is currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a 3-month contract. The role is based in North Sydney, with flexibility for a combination of office and remote work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business partners to identify opportunities for process enhancements, documenting changes, testing, and promoting changes to production.
- Create extension forms and design forms while configuring them for production.
- Handle reporting requirements and support data analysis within the HR function.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and demonstrate expertise in SuccessFactors.
- Utilise Power BI for reporting and data visualisation.
- Provide backend administration support, including exposure to SAP and payroll systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant HR policies and procedures.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in backend HR administration.
- Expertise in administering Learning Management Systems, particularly experience with SuccessFactors.
- Certification in SuccessFactors is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP and payroll processes.
- Proficiency in using Power BI for reporting and data analysis.
- Australian citizenship or valid work visa.

**Work Schedule and Location**:

- Flexible working hours - minimum 3 days per week/24 hours.
- Work location: Primarily North Sydney office with the possibility of working from the Parramatta office at least once a week and from home for the rest of the time.

The HR Advisor will be a part of our client's People & Culture department, working closely with the People & Culture and Reporting Team. You will be working in a team that is collaborative, embraces flexibility and diversity.
