**About the facility**
Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong’s CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.

**About the role**
- The improvement Project Officer position is responsible for managing and coordinating the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority (VMIA) funded Hospital Acquired Complication (HACs) - Harm Prevention pilot project at Barwon. The role includes scoping, developing the project plan, engaging and working collaborativelly with internal and external stakeholders, understanding the targeted HACs and facilitating the required quality improvement activities to reduce the targeted HACs in the required timeframe.
