**What we are looking for?**

**Skills / knowledge requirements include**:

- The role would involve the preparation of documents, conducting title searches, liaising with clients (and their solicitors) on amendments, signing, registration and distribution of finalised documents, drafting of correspondence to clients (and their solicitors), all of which are to be reviewed by Partners or senior lawyers.
- Experience with PEXA and a high level of computer literacy is desirable.

- A friendly, polite approach to all staff and clients.
- Ability to be proactive - anticipate all courses of action.
