**About the Role |**
Are you wanting a part-time role where you can work directly with a Principal Partner? Our client is looking for a **conveyancing legal secretary/paralegal** to join them 3, 4 or 5 days per week to assist with Queensland Conveyancing file.
Core duties and responsibilities of the role include:
- Typing and formatting documents and correspondence;
- Preparing and lodging titles office forms;
- Digital dictation;
- Online searches;
- PEXA
- DNRM and OSR Lodgements; and
- General administrative duties of the team such as diary and file management (e.g. filing, bring ups, opening and archiving files).
