Working closely with a Property Lawyer
**The role** As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will mainly run residential conveyancing files as well as some commercial leasing and commercial conveyancing files. You will also work closely with a Property Solicitor. Duties include perusing contracts, dealing with clients, agents, brokers, following up on outstanding conditions, on line searches, settlement statements, Elodgements, typing transfer documents and correspondence. PEXA settlements and general admin duties.
**Your experience**
You will have a minimum of 2 years Qld Conveyancing Paralegal experience.
**Law Firm / Salary**
National law firm with a dynamic culture. 30 staff in their Brisbane CBD office. Excellent training and processes. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience ($55-60,000 plus superannuation). Work from home options of 1 day a week after training.
