**About the Team**
Transport Communication & Experience is a Division in the Department of Transport, and supports the Department to deliver on the Government's transport agenda, to get people home sooner and safer and to efficiently move more goods in Victoria's thriving economy. Our focus is to enrich the lives of Victorians on an integrated transport network, reducing customer time and effort, increasing personalisation and positively impacting their transport experience.
**About the Opportunity**
The Marketing Advisor position sits with Brand and Customer Experience Branch and is a member of a multi-disciplinary marketing team reporting into a Marketing and Go To Market Manager. The role is responsible for developing campaign materials and delivering them to market as part of a coordinated and integrated Go To Market campaign plan that supports the annual marketing plan and divisional business plan.
**About You**
- **Strategic Planning** - Ensures that day to day planning and work processes are in line with team/organisation strategy
- **Partnering and Co-creation** - Identifies and partners with users/stakeholders/ experts to ensure active collaboration in the design process to understand user needs, obtain ideas, insights and input.
- **Project Delivery** - Defines tasks to be delivered to meet agreed outcomes.
- **Communicate with Impact** - Prepares and delivers logical sequential and succinct presentations.
- **Customer Focus** - Monitors customer satisfaction to gain critical insights; Looks for continuous improvement opportunities and ways to innovate.
