We are seeking a Project Administrator (temporary) to join our Development Services Group within the Customer Services Division for a temporary (secondment) for up to 18 months.

**The Opportunity**

As the Project Administrator (temporary) you will provide support and advice to assist customers and consultants through the land development processes of Hunter Water.

**What you'll do**:

- Administering developer works projects through Hunter Water’s Deed, Design, Delivery/Construction and Section 50 processes
- Supporting monthly reporting processes and engaging with external stakeholders to update key project data
- Maintaining the registers of Accredited Designers & Constructors
- Administration and periodic maintenance of the Routine and Complex works documentation systems
- Providing support and advice to customers and consultants regarding the land development processes of Hunter Water.

**What you'll need to be successful**:
**Essential Criteria**:

- Direct work experience in government, industry or related building sector
- Previous experience in customer centric administrative duties\
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills building positive relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to prioritise workloads to meet key performance indicators
- Ability to use contemporary Information Technology hardware and software, Microsoft Home suite (particularly Word and Excel), TRIM, WebGIS
- Knowledge and technical skills associated with water and sewer systems

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent
- Direct experience in development assessment
- Intermediate technical skills associated with water and sewer systems
- Advanced customer service skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution
