We are looking for a People Experience (PX) Business Partner to join our Corporate division. The Symbio corporate division includes the core technology, legal, finance, marketing and people experience teams that work across our global organisation.
Reporting to the Head of People Experience, this role will support the day-to-day operation of the PX function for all Segments and Business Units across Symbio offices globally and will be responsible for delivering a professional, credible PX Service, grounded in HR best practice, our Company Values, and the current legislative framework.
**What you'll do as a PX Business Partner**:
- Provide support and advice to managers on people matters
- Create an environment to develop Symbions to their full potential and are committed to giving their best
- Provide operational human resources support across employment relations, performance, WHS and Reward
- Coach People managers to feel confident and empowered to deal with less complex PX matters
- Provide advice on current legislative framework and contractual matters
**Qualifications** What you'll need to succeed**:
- Human Resources qualifications, with 2-3 years post-qualifications experience in a HR generalist role
- Proven track record in dealing with employee relations matters
- Sound working knowledge of Australian Employment Law. Working knowledge of Employment Law in UK, New Zealand, Singapore would be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Sound judgement and decision making skills
- Strong analytical skills
