This role includes overall responsibility for all aspects of customer acquisition/retention driving sales growth through both direct and indirect sales channels whilst being accountable for annual sales targets. Building and developing the Opus IVS brand, through a variety of field activity including but not limited to field sales visits, training workshops, tradeshows, and sales/distributor events

In addition, an opportunity has arisen in Australia to provide advanced technical services to the Independent Vehicle Repairers under the new Right to Repair Act, taking the knowledge and experience gained in the European and US markets to Australia. This aspect of the role would include:

- Working with Trade bodies and Government to enhance and promote the opportunities provided by Right to Repair Act to independent vehicle repairers
- Remote Services field testing and implementation: including the creation of local IT infrastructure and training Technical team in the delivery of remote services to customer base in Australia
- Technically supporting customers on the use of OE specialist equipment such as VCIs and ADAS calibration equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum three years experience required.
- Good attention to detail with excellent communication skills
- Strong Technical product knowledge
- Calm, professional and well organised, able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Proven team player with ability to build relationships and motivate others.
- **Computer skills** -CRM systems OEM Tools and equipment
- Intermediate in all Microsoft Office (Excel being key)
- **Qualifications / Experience** Automotive background essential with German vehicle manufacturer Automotive qualifications -OE/VM training
