**Overview**

Salt + Kin Studio is looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist to work across a variety of channels for a range of leading clients in the Australian hospitality industry.

**About the role**

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join us on a full-time basis, focused on producing social content & paid ads, and assisting with planning shoots and producing monthly reports.

The newest member of our team will need great copywriting skills, the ability to switch between brand voices, high levels of proficiency on all social media platforms, and an interest in local/global hospitality trends.

If you can also use a camera, edit photos/videos or work the Adobe Creative Suite that would be a massive bonus for us

- Full time
- Remote (optional coworking space access) or hybrid work from our Sydney-based office (3 days in person, 2 days at home)
- $65K to $75K salary plus super depending on experience

**About you**

To be successful in this role (in order of importance):

- A positive outlook on life + an ability to contribute to S+K culture (we are a small, tight-knit team and everyone plays an important part)
- 4 to 5 years demonstrated experience in a consumer facing digital marketing role. Food and beverage industry experience preferred.
- An open mind and enthusiasm for learning new skills
- Ability to write brand messaging
- Experience in paid social media marketing
- Experience in copywriting for social content
- Working knowledge of digital tools like Asana, Canva, Later and Google Docs

**Nice, but not essential skills**:

- Adobe Creative Suite
- Photography/Videography

**To help make you successful in this role, we will provide**:

- Brand documents ready for each venue or account
- Reporting templates and support on how to get the numbers required
- Education on best practice and guidance on why we do what we do
- Clear feedback that gives you room to grow

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
