**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- be the first point of contact for current & potential clients
- provide comprehensive admin support
- preparing quotes & crew paperwork via movewave
- general office admin duties

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar role
- Ability to work autonomously & part of a team
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong computer skills
- Proven ability to manage time
- Social Media management
- Background in logistic & fleet management (desirable)
- Experience using Movewave or similar management system
