We offer a comprehensive range of flexible services including graphic design, private mailboxes, mass mailouts, on-demand printing, and micro-logistics.

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Business Service Associate at our Blacktown location. As a Business Service Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business center and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Receive and process printing orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide graphic design support to clients as needed
- Assist with mailouts, parcel deliveries, and courier services
- Manage private mailboxes and handle incoming mail and parcels
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the business center
- Promote and upsell additional services to customers when appropriate

**Requirements**:

- Previous customer service experience in a retail or office environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software
- Knowledge of printing and design principles is a plus
- Ability to lift and move parcels as needed

**Salary**: $58,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Graphic design: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
