**About the Company**

**About the Role**
As part of the Customer Service team this role will require you to be the first point of contact for all key customers. You will be working closely with the Account Managers, Supply Chain and Technicians.

**Your Duties**
- Superior Customer Service
- Provide quality service to both internal and external customers
- Ensure key account enquiries are answered in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinating Service Technicians
- Processing of orders and invoicing

**Skills and Experience**
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal
- A strong “team player” attitude
- The ability to multitask and high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A proactive approach
- At a minimum you will have 1 years’ experience within a product-based environment and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office capabilities
