About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist in the fast-paced Distribution Centre in Kemps Creek. This is a full-time onsite position, own transport is required.

This hands-on role involves working in a Customer Service Team, who display care and understanding for their customers, whilst problem solving various inquiries daily. Our focus is on providing exceptional customer service, communication and troubleshooting always.

The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Team by performing the following duties:

  • Assisting with telephone and email enquiries related to sales, inventory, orders and deliveries
  • Identify the needs of our customers, even before they do
  • Think on your feet to find a solution-based outcome
  • Using our CRM (Harmoniq) to answer a variety of web based and email enquiries
  • Monitoring and coordinating the movement of product orders via freight partners
  • Liaising with warehouse personnel and onsite support teams and management
  • Produce sales orders, invoices, return authorisations and credit processing
  • Physical stock checking and counting –
    must be physically capable within the warehouse space
  • Coordinate special requests from our customers and internal stakeholders
  • Interpret Inventory data against the priority needs of our customers for best possible outcomes

The Person

You will be an outside the box thinker who is confident and capable in adapting to processes and working with a broad variety of customers and stakeholders. While your prior customer service experience may have been gained from a variety of backgrounds, prior experience working within tile, paving or building products industry would be highly regarded.
