We currently have an opportunity for Sales and Operations Planning Specialist to join our Delivery Operations team based in Mascot, NSW.
As a Sales and Operations Planning Specialist you will assist in planning, data analysis, preparation of information for process execution and performance management, subcontractor collaboration and data accuracy.
What you will be doing
- Support Delivery Operations teams, Project Managers, Supervisors and/or respective roles on Supply Line side in Order Book accuracy and quality
- Support delivery operations teams in order accuracy and quality and resolve any planning related master data inaccuracies or issues
- Assist and support Sales & Operation Manager, with analysis of product mix trends
- Forecast accuracy root causes to identify forecast improvements, and lead time trends against assumptions used for the forecasts
- Assist and support Delivery Operations Managers and Supervisors with installation resource management process and related planning tools
- Support preparation of regular planning meetings with subcontractors
- Working with an internal and external stakeholders
- Gather and follow process performance KPI´s, initiate corrective actions
- Communicate resource allocations and forecasts to subcontractors and request volume commitment.
- Preparation of surveys and working with third party vendors, and report with monthly
Who we’re looking for
- Prior sales and operation planning experience
- Analytical and planning mindset
- Advanced Excel skills and SAP experience highly desired
- Prior working experience implementing cross functional processes
- Strong stakeholder engagement with the ability to build effective relationships internally & externally.
- Experience in coordinating issue resolution conflict management
