**About the role**:
Our People Operations (HR) team are dedicated to delivering the best possible service to our employees and customers with an above and beyond mentality. As the People Operations Specialist - Associate (HR Business Partner), you will provide HR expertise and support to our Operations teams.
- Provide specialist employee relations advice proactively and be a true partner by assisting in developing appropriate solutions for people issues
- Support the local People Operations team through key people initiatives, projects and daily business activities
- Provide recruitment support for blue collar roles, attract, source and select high calibre talent
- Develop and maintain HR knowledge and understanding of relevant FedEx principles, processes, tools and best practice
- Build and develop strong lasting stakeholder relationships with key departments across the business by providing accurate, timely and appropriate advice
- Support the People Operations Specialist for NSW and build a strong working relationship with them in order to provide a unified HR support structure across the ground network

**Experience required**:

- Minimum 2 years’ human resources experience
- Minimum 1-2 years project management experience
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent
- Ability to work and adapt in a fast moving and dynamic environment
- Ability to connect with all levels of the organisation from Senior Managers through to Couriers
