Continuous Improvement Analyst - Change Agent

**About Our Client**
Our client is one of Australia’s leading universities offering undergraduate and post graduate students world-class facilities, research, teaching and learning and “real-world “results They have embarked on large scale transformation across most core areas including their Finance Business Solutions (BFS) division.

**About the role**
With a focus on supporting the FBS transformation team to establish a truly customer centric experience, building continuous improvement capability and supporting strategy goals, this role works as an integral member of a high performing multi-discipline team.

You will be tasked with:
- Providing strategic value add in an environment of continuous improvement using process improvement, Lean Six Sigma and business analysis methods and tools;
- Processing data driven solutions and managing any ambiguous situations to eliminate future potential problems;
- Planning and developing process change across the organisation using analytical processes and evaluating information from numerous sources/ stakeholders;
- Implement processes to ease the impact of change to ease the impact on BAU processes using relevant change management techniques;
- Reviewing, developing and compiling policies to support continuous improvement across the organisation;
- Constant value add stakeholder engagement to solve customer pain points and service delivery issues; and
- Ad Hoc duties as directed by the Head of Transformation.

**About you**
You are a degree qualified professional with extensive transformation/ change experience, and proven skills in process improvement, analysis and process mapping. With a strategic mindset you will be able to demonstrate where you have added value previously in change and continuous improvement transformation in a similar complex environment.

Your strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate and build beneficial partnerships with a myriad of stakeholders will be critical to your success.
