- My client is a leading government health policy organisation which strives to improve the quality and safety of the Australian health care sector. This role will be a key part of a small and dynamic team of highly specialised policy professionals charged with delivering a key program.**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the LMS Support Officer will provide high level support to Quality Use of Medicines Programs across a significant upgrade to their LMS and web content.**Key responsibilities for the role include**:

- Work with the LMS Developer to update content on Moodle across a broad array of training relating to the use of medicine and medication safety;
- Update content on the CMS (CRAFT) - Updating not developing.
- Work with the customer service team, the Quality User of Medicines Team and the eHealth and Medication Safety teams to support their use of the systems.
- Administer passwords, manage user inquiries and troubleshoot probles as they arise.
