A major part of our business resides within the online market. Our systems have inbuilt integrations into leading e-commerce platforms such as Magento/Shopify as well as a series of customised integrations.

**The Opportunity**

101 Warehousing has an exciting opportunity for a full time Supervisor.s Supervisor will be supporting 5 to 10 employees.

Shift: Day shift

Location: Truganina
- Organising daily / weekly tasks for your direct team
- Providing support and training for direct team members
- Ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to within the operation
- Report any hazard and near misses or unsafe behaviours
- Providing superior customer service for designated key contacts
- Ensuring compliance with Work, Health & Safety Policies and Procedures and legislative requirements

**To be successful in this role you'll have**:

- Demonstrate team leadership skills and the ability to drive results
- Certificate II or III in logistics / supply chain (Desirable)
- Strong communication skills with an ability to talk to different stakeholders
- A proven track record of continuous improvement and implementing innovative workplace processes to address workplace challenges
- A proven safety-first approach above all els**e**
