**Position Overview**

ANC is looking for a dynamic **Site Operations Supervisor / Transport Supervisor**to join our team at our client’s site in **Truganina, Victoria.** This role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, leading a team to meet operational goals, and ensuring a high level of service delivery in line with client expectations.

**What you’ll be doing**
- ** Safety Management**:**Ensure safety protocols are followed, including incident, near-miss, and hazard identification, and report these issues promptly.
- ** Team Leadership**: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performance team, driving operational success while providing ongoing performance feedback and supporting team members’ professional growth.
- ** Warehouse Operations**: Oversee general manual handling duties such as loading, scanning, and sorting goods. Assist Delivery Professionals with loading goods, ensuring tasks comply with safety standards and work site procedures.
- ** Client Collaboration**: Work closely with the client to manage the shipment lifecycle, handle discrepancies, and maintain operational efficiency.
- ** Process Improvement**: Continuously assess and suggest improvements to warehouse processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- ** Safety & Compliance**: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and uniform requirements, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

**What are we looking for?**
- ** Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or operations, ideally in a leadership or supervisory role.
- ** Leadership Skills**: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team while driving performance and fostering a positive culture.
- ** Operational Expertise**: Strong understanding of warehouse management, safety regulations, and process optimization.
- ** Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- ** Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with warehouse management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
