**The Role**:
Due to rapid growth, our Adaptalift Part business is looking for a highly motivated
**Warehouse Supervisor** to lead our team in Truganina. Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for achieving the daily KPIs and providing ‘hands on’ leadership and direction to the team.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Efficiently manage the day to day running of the warehouse
- Allocation of resources to meet demands
- Ensure deadlines are in line with service delivery requirements
- Manage stocktake process for the DC, van stock and customer sites
- Maintain a high level of housekeeping, work flow and traffic management in the warehouse
- Plan, schedule and allocate all tasks
- Monitor and achieve KPI’s and manage performance of individuals within your team
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitoring and maintain a safety requirements and compliance
- Work with management to develop and improve procedures and policies for the warehouse

**About You**:
You are a hands on manager who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty, who is capable of handling the day to day operations of a busy, high volume, warehouse with ease. Essential to your success will be your ability to motivate your team to achieve, juggle multiple priorities and maintain the delivery output to meet our high customer standards.

You will need to possess the following:

- Proven experience in a Supervisory role within a warehouse environment
- Strong team leadership, motivational and coaching skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to converse on all levels
- Strong organisational skills and problem solving ability
- Ability to meet conflicting deadlines and forward planning skills
- Solid administration skills including strong attention to detail
- Workplace safety & compliance knowledge
- Experience working with change management or implementation of policies/procedures would be highly regarded
- Parts warehouse experience will be highly regarded, but not essential
- An automotive trade, technical or engineering background would be highly regarded
