About the role

About You

Experience working as Talent Acquisition Specialist within the mining or resources sector (ideal)
Proven track record in full end to end recruitment processes (job briefing, phone screening, interviewing, organising medicals, contract preparation etc)
Proven ability to develop talent pools with a focus on problematic segments e.g. Trades, Engineers, Skilled Operators
You’ll have a keen eye for detail in order to ensure compliance in everything we do
Experience with using systems including Aeris' HRIS (Elmo) for recruitment processes and onboarding, also LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing talent
A willingness to contribute to continuous improvement for process enhancements and creative ideas for social media etc
Well developed time management skills and highly organised

What we offer

6 month maximum term contract with attractive salary
Full time Monday to Friday (flexibility with work from home if needed)
