About the role..*
Due to exciting growth opportunities at Royal Rehab, we have a newly created Talent Acquisition Specialist vacancy based in Brisbane.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be part of a strong and supportive HR team and an organisation with a collaborative culture.
You will be responsible for all aspects of talent acquisition with a strong focus on Allied Health recruitment. Partnering closely with our Allied Health General Manager and hiring managers to ensure everyone that joins our team can make a positive difference in the lives of our customers.
**Key responsibilities include**:

- Work closely with the Allied Health General Manager to attract, recruit, and retain top talent within our Allied Health portfolio,
- Streamline and automate processes,
- Coordinate and attend employer branding events, expos and conferences,
- Develop and deliver special projects as required,
- Support recruitment activities across the Royal Rehab group.

You are a self-motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a passion for Allied Health recruitment.
As a results-driven person, your focused on building lasting business relationships and thrive on working in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service.
**A day in the life of a Talent Acquisition Specialist**:

- Attract and recruit for the following roles (but not limited to): Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Exercise Physiologists and other Allied Health roles,
- Work in conjunction with the HR Team to identify and engage with talent,
- Coach hiring managers in talent acquisition approaches, systems, and processes, including interview skills,
- Provide advice to hiring managers,
- Lead specialised social media and recruitment campaigns,
- Conduct and follow up employment and compliance related checks including NDIS worker screening, VEVO checks, working with children, and reference checks,
- Create and manage job vacancies.

**We seek a self-motivated and customer centric individual with**:

- Qualifications in Human Resources, Allied Health, or similar (desirable)
- Experience managing recruitment for multiple hiring managers simultaneously,
- Experienced in a fast-paced environment (essential),
- Networking & relationship management skills,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (essential),
- A self-drive and positive attitude,
- A collaborative and supportive style and the ability to build building strong client-centric internal and external partnerships,
- Motivation to improve ways of working and to make a difference.
