**About the Role**

As a **Therapy Assistant - Occupational Therapy**, you’ll work alongside our Occupational Therapists and, at times, Speech Pathologists and Psychologists, helping bring therapy plans to life.

- Assist in drafting reports, progress notes, and preparing therapy materials
- Support clinicians in conducting assessments and observations for new clients
- Prepare visual schedules, communication boards, and other therapy resources
- Research and source resources to enhance therapy programs, including tools relevant to the NDIS and current clinical practices

**What We’re Looking For**
- 3rd or 4th-year Occupational Therapy Student with Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance
- Passion for working with children or supporting adolescent and adults
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including working with families
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, growing team environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of therapeutic interventions
- Readiness to learn and work with digital productivity tools

**Why Join Vines Therapy?**
- Mentorship and career growth with structured guidance and support
- Innovative and inclusive work culture in a flexible, people-first environment
- Access to our Vines Therapy Associate Program for early career start and professional development
