**The role**

At Youi, we operate an in-house agency model, working directly with our media and technology partners to drive customer acquisition/retention and profitable growth for the business.

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Digital Media & AdTech Lead within our in-house media agency to lead the development, execution, measurement and optimisation of our digital marketing, advertising technology and digital media data/audience strategy.

Leading a team of six digital media experts, this role is responsible for:

- Leading audience-first digital media strategy, forecasting and targets, with a deep understanding of the differing dynamics and role of digital media channels.
- Leading efficient and effective digital media buying, operating at both the high-level strategic view as well as granular levels of performance and daily optimisation.
- Leveraging media modelling to conduct effective scenario planning, optimise channel investments and demonstrate digital media ROI.
- Driving Youi’s approach to activating first, second
- and third-party data in media buying, responding proactively to shifts in the digital media and regulatory landscape.
- Collaborating with Youi’s Broadcast Media Lead to drive an integrated approach to media planning, maximising impact and effectiveness across the full media buy.
- Partnering effectively with stakeholders across the business to drive cross-functional initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have relevant qualifications and at least 7 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in digital media buying, audience targeting/data strategy and marketing technology. You’ll be an inspiring leader who can motivate the team to achieve their highest potential, a strategic thinker who can translate briefs and audience insights into optimised digital media planning and business results, and a thought leader in digital marketing who can confidently navigate Youi into the future of digital media and AdTech.
