Youi has a dynamic marketing team at its headquarters on the stunning Sunshine Coast, just north of Brisbane. We’re looking for an experienced and passionate media expert to lead our Broadcast, Digital Media & AdTech teams.

We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of all media and marketing channels, including deep digital expertise, who can contribute to our growth ambitions via media innovation, efficiency and effectiveness.

This role requires an inspirational, optimistic and motivational leader who can mentor a driven team to deliver best in class outcomes.
- Deliver and drive a compelling vision for the internal team which negotiates, plans, buys and analyses Youi’s audience-first media strategy across all channels.
- Manage and lead a best-in-class organisation of talented, customer-centric, and data-driven media professionals who have a passion for innovation and operate at highly productive levels.
- Champion innovation in Youi’s audience targeting, data strategy and AdTech utilisation, keeping Youi on the forefront of shifts in the media buying ecosystem.
- Be a thought leader in media and consumer media consumption behaviour.
- Leverage deep data and insights to drive ongoing optimisation.
- Ensure tight integration between media and creative approaches, enabling fit for purpose creative to be delivered for media channels and placements.
- Constantly look for improvements in our approach, challenge the status quo and champion new opportunities.

**About you**
- 10+ years of media strategy, planning and buying experience, with demonstrated experience in optimising media investment to drive business growth.
- Highly experienced in leading teams and motivating the team to achieve their highest potential. Strategic thinker who can translate briefs and audience insights into optimised planning and business results.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interact with a diverse group of stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong expertise in marketing measurement and econometric modelling, with the ability to conduct scenario planning and ongoing optimisation.
- Ability to operate at both the high-level strategic view as well as granular levels of performance and daily optimisation.
- A passion for putting the customer at the heart of everything you do and taking an audience-first approach.
