As the Partnerships Manager QLD, nib Travel Insurance your role will be based in Brisbane reporting to National Head of Sales. Leveraging your existing relationships across Queensland/Northern NSW, the primary requirement of your role is the ability to deliver state-based revenue targets through identifying and acquiring new partnerships and developing strategic State based initiatives with key stakeholders across our preferred retail networks.

You will be responsible for accurate and timely reporting to key partner stake holders and regular face-to-face appointments to review performance and engagement opportunities within your assigned territory. Working remotely within a National sales team and in collaboration with the nib Partnerships team, this role requires strong sales acumen, communication skills, time management and strategic thinking. This role does not have direct reports.

More specifically you will:
- Support State retail agency networks in the delivery of the annual business plan and budgets in line with National strategic objectives- Support State retail agency networks to deliver and drive effective growth across nib Travel business- Support National team in the planning of new product ideas, marketing activities and strategic initiatives to meet travel agent & State Affiliation partner needs- Assist in new product development rollouts ensuring customer/partner communication expectations of Affiliations and nib Travel are met

- Strong existing relationships across multiple Affiliation groups at a retail agency level- Proven analytical and reporting capabilities- The ability to foster collaboration across internal stakeholders and partners
