Join a well established, well experienced team who manage an end to end portfolio of their self insured division.

The following role suits an experienced case manager who is able to work autonomously

**This is a permanent role, which includes**:

- Supporting the return to work of employees with loss time injuries.
- Providing a proactive case management approach with a passion for service and supporting others.
- Coordinate treatment, RTW, and injury management plans.
- Liaise with injured workers, employers, allied health professionals and throughout the claims process.
- Work autonomously yet be supported by a well experienced team and external providers.

**About you**
- An experienced case manager with 3+ years of experience is preferred but most importantly you will be passionate about delivering superb customer experiences and enjoy working towards RTW outcomes.
- Have a genuine, caring nature that puts customers at the heart of what you do, showing empathy in all circumstances
- An organised person who demonstrates strong time management skills and prioritisation
- A true team player, supporting your peers, and love helping others.
